My studio is located at 2200 Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 312 in Hermosa Beach.
Unlike a larger massage business with several treatment rooms operating at once, my practice consists of one private suite. You won't have other clients in rooms next to you or a bunch of people coming and going during your appointment.
It's a smaller, quieter environment where you can settle in and actually relax without worrying about other people.
You're already coming in because you might be stressed and want some peace. You probably don't need more stimulation.
Your Own Private Massage Suite
I'm not bouncing between treatment rooms or trying to keep several clients moving through the business at once. I also leave extra time between appointments so sessions don't have to feel rushed.
We'll have time before your massage to talk about how you're feeling, what's been bothering you, how much pressure you prefer, and what you'd like me to focus on. Then you get your massage.
One Client at a Time
One of the biggest differences between my studio and a larger massage business is pretty straightforward.

That consistency means I get to know you over time. I'll learn how much pressure you like, where you tend to carry tension, what activities you do, which areas usually need more attention, and what tends to work well for your body.

You'll Always Know Your Massage Therapist
I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage, but that doesn't mean your session has to fit perfectly into one category.
Maybe you've been running more than usual and your legs need extra attention. Maybe your neck and shoulders have been tight from sitting at a computer all week. Maybe you want deeper work on your back but would rather keep everything else relaxing. Or maybe you walk in and say, "Everything feels tight." That's useful information too.
Your massage is based on what you need that day. We can focus on specific areas, adjust the pressure, combine different approaches, or spend more time where your body seems to need it.
Your Massage Isn't a Standard Routine
My studio isn't trying to be an enormous luxury spa, and that's kind of the point. It's a clean, comfortable, private space where you can get a good massage without all the extra commotion that can come with a larger business.
Some clients like to talk during their massage. Others say hello, get comfortable, and essentially disappear from society for the next 90 minutes. Both are completely fine with me. This is your time.
The goal is for you to feel comfortable and enjoy your massage however you prefer.
